Present Satisfaction

Heh. Mom called this morning to see how I was doing and to find out if I was enjoying my PSP. Considering I haven't left the apartment without it in my pocket since I got back from Boone County, I'd say that's a big "yes." I'd probably have beaten Dragon Age Origins by now if I wasn't always playing Final Fantasy 8.

She's been playing a lot of Peggle now that it's on the computer. I should buy Peggle Nights for her birthday.

In other gaming news, I loaned the old behemoth PSP to Kristofer so he could try out Final Fantasy 7. He seems to be liking it well enough, but he cracked me up this morning as we were heading out to see Sherlock Holmes.

"It's bad enough I'm playing a spiky-haired emo," he said, "but now I've gotta dress him up as a chick."
